| INK STUDY ANGEL OVER CHURCH |
BUILDING MOUNTAINS Let me be not -- found running around the mountain, Let me be found building steps up the mountain So that others will know the way. May I -- perhaps Be an I N S P I R A T I O N TODAY? IN GOD WE BELIEVE Joyous the heart that sends, Joyous the heart that receives, For it is in God that we all believe. Life is as you perceive it, Be it good or bad; Today I am very sad, And I don't know what to do, For today I buried you. ~~~~~~~ MELANCHOLY I am melancholy today, and I am haunted by the way The sea glows Across these waters that I know So well; life has been hell To some, But it has brought Some wisdom to me As I live on this land Where I can truly be The old woman Who loves the sea. "For lo, the winter is past. The rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth; The time of singing has come." Song of Soloman |
Abstract Study of Jesus in ink by Jean ElizabethWard available in any size from 8 1/2 x 11 down $17.00 I WANT A WORLD OF BLISS Spread my wings and let me fly Up through Heavens’ bright blue sky. Spread my wings and let me soar Up through all those old closed doors. Let me fly up in the sky And see angels before I die. Let me hear them herald to me Of every thing I want to see. Let me feel their heavenly good- Freeing pain like I know they would. Let me be -- in ways unknown, Live a life that is good and long. Though sometimes sad, And sometimes confused, -- Still I desire to dream too. I dream of love beckoning to all; The good, the bad, the big, and small. I dream of ways which are unseen, Yes, I know it is important to dream, So I dream of acceptance for one and all. (If I'm free to dream, let me dream it all.) I dream of bodies racked in pain; Running free, again, and again. I dream of humans, free of pain, Free to love and to be loved again. I dream of freedom from strife, and yet, I dream of flowers like the Violet, Beautiful Roses and Forget Me Knots, And O’ my God, those Loquat - - Trees thriving in vacant lots, and Children knowing about what they've got; Freedom and being free in any country. Freedom from all hunger and disease Before they have even begun to live. I dream of open hands ready to give, Though I did-not, because I thought Teens should work for what they got; Now I am free to dream in my fall Of Seniors welcomed by us all; Ways in which--their minds can recall. Importance felt by the young and the small, With freedom from ever being defiled, And without fear of the Pedophile, Oh! The frustration to call them that, When molestation is much more than that! Free the poor who will always be Fearful of walking through life freely, Yet, before I end This-days Soaring Game I should say, thankfully, this again; I WANT A WORLD OF BLISS. I WANT A WORLD OF BLISS. Yes, a world of bliss is what I desire, I want to see that before I expire, And when I'm dead I want to soar In heaven beyond the stars, and more; I want to know, I want to know, 'cause If it is true, I will not feel fear -- to go. A world of illusions, confusion and strife, Is what I have made out of my life, Though ‘twas never my intentions in life When I was a young bride, and a good wife. I wanted to be better than the others, Better than all my other grandmothers, With desire for children who would love me; O breathe, Jean, breathe deeply; This world is naught but a game of sin. Go away, and come back again; Maybe next time I will truly be; Be what? Knock, knock, be what? O’ SOMETHING I'VE DONE FORGOT! ~~~~~~~ MATTHEW 7:15 Beware Of The false prophets, Who Come to you In Sheep's clothing, But Inwardly Are Ravenous Wolves ~~~ Excerpt from the Bible. |
ANNE FRANK QUOTE Give of yourself -- You can always give something, Even if it is only kindness, no one ever became poor from giving. MY REPLY as a MODERN JAPANESE SENRYU DUO I never thought of kindness in that way before, yet always giving. Really makes me think; so many things I could give, yes, I think I will. Re-formated to fit into this space. Excerpt from book: SERENE SPECULATIONS |
A POEM A DAY Some people toss stones Into the sea, I toss in words Composed and called poetry. The great sea blesses me, And sends me one poem a day; Most of them are okay, Now you see why I have so many here, The great sea, She really cares Excerpt from the book SERENE SPECULATIONS |
| QUOTE BY MOTHER TERESA We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature -- trees, flowers, grass -- grows in silence; See the stars, the moon and the sun. How they move in silence. . . . We need silence to be able to touch souls. |
BOOK DESCRIPTION A Non Denominational Book With Spiritual and Thought Provoking Poetry. Included are two of the author's Living Legend Series Dedicated to Barbara Bush, And Hillary Clinton. Included are several songs; Meander and peruse. Read one a day if you so choose, And perhaps you Will close the book with a smile; I pray that you do. CONFINED LOVE UNCONFINED Inspired by Poem Confined Love by John Donne I believe good will always possess, But doth not waste with greediness. I believe fair houses are built, And set amongst trees, Only to be enjoyed in peace. Space ships are rigged To fly beyond and return; Hopefully -- not to fall and burn. The Sun, the Moon, and the Stars shine bright, And are bidden and blessed for their light. Yet There will always be men who are unworthy, Who are false and weak, filthy and earthy, With pain upon their shoulders, And shame in their hearts, Set apart -- not from the animals, With dominion over none, -- And -- I still believe that a true lover Will always choose the right one. ~~~~~~~ |
